Qualified Renters: This rental is for family or adult individuals ONLY. The renter whom is responsible for signing must be at least 28 years of age. All occupants will need to show proof of ID during signing of contracts. A list of all members attending will be required. If any of the group members are replaced by another guest, the updated information must be submitted in advance.
No bachelor, bachelorette, prom, high
school, college, or frat parties allowed. If this is the reason for
your visit, please let me know and I will direct you to another rental
unit.
No pets, no smoking.
Shoe Policy: This home has a shoe rule policy. In order to keep this house clean and as free of dirt as possibly, we would appreciate if everyone participates and removes their shoes at either the front door or the garage, before entering the living quarters. We have provided a shoe rack in the garage & in the closet at the main entrance for your convenience. Although it may appear to be an inconvenience at first, I’m sure you will grow to appreciate it by the end of your trip.
There will be a deposit that will be submitted in advance (see below for amounts). This fee will be returned once the home is inspected, upon departure, by our staff.
Owner Occupied: We would like to point out that this brand new home is not only a rental, but a part time home for our family as well. So we would greatly appreciate if your family and/or friends treat this home as your own dwelling, and be as respectful as possible.

- Check-out Sunday: 5:00 pm - Deposit: $300 (mandatory) - refunded upon departure inspection - Guests must supply their OWN sheets & towels
Additional Days:
- $ 150 per day
Badges For Use of Amenities:
- $ 8 per badge per day - for persons 6 years and older - $ 40 per badge for a week
